Hi Stampers,
At the beginning of November I had my annual Christmas Card stamp a stack. If you follow me on Facebook you've already seen the pictures from that fun day!!
Today I'm going to share with you one of my favorite cards from the class.
I am so in love with the Night in Bethlehem stamp set. It's a beautiful stamp set that lets you create simple stunning cards. When you add in the coordinating die set you get even more fun options!.
For this card we kept it simple. Stamping on card stock, add in a little Merry Music Designer Series Paper and brush the star with Wink of Stella and you've got a Christmas Card you can stamp a whole stack of pretty quickly!!
This weekend I'm working on creating more of these cards for my Christmas Card list. I've got a goal this year to actually get my cards in the mail the week after Thanksgiving!! Wish me luck :)
I'm also making a little time this weekend for some reading - I just picked up a new book. One of my favorite series!! Does anyone else read Donna Andrews series A Meg Langslow Mystery. If you're a fan of Cozy Mysteries or Eccentric oddballs you'll LOVE this series. The first book is Murder with Peacocks. I have been very unpatiently waiting for the latest book, How the Finch Stole Christmas. The holiday books are always my favorite in this series!!
So that's how I'll be filling my weekend - I would LOVE to hear what you're all up to!! Leave a comment and let me know, and if you have any book recommendations for me I would LOVE them. I'm always looking for something new to read.
